A Skill Class is a lesson where the trainer guides you and teaches you various diving skills. There are Skill Classes for beginners, intermediates, and pros. The level of the class is indicated in the title of the Skill Class.
The Open Training sessions are characterized by free diving, where acrobatic athletes challenge each other and learn from one another. A trainer is always present for questions and tips, but you must decide for yourself what you want to work on. These sessions are open to all levels, but some level of independence is required.

Join one of our Cliff Dive vacations or training camps to the most beautiful spots in Europe. Guided by experienced Cliff Divers, so you can focus on your most awesome dive ever.

Always watched in awe those cool guys and girls jumping off cliffs while you're sunbathing on the beach? Don't just lie there, it's easier than you think! Jumping, diving, flipping, or just spinning; you can start at your own level in the tower pool of Sloterparkbad. Find your challenge somewhere between 0 and 10 meters and we'll teach you how to safely dive into the water.
Need more of a challenge? Maybe you are that cool chick or dude who wants to learn a new dive. Then you're on the right platform with us too! Challenge yourself and with the professional guidance of, among others, the Dutch champion on the ten-meter platform, you'll be shining on top of the cliff in your speedo this summer!

Super cool gym hall with lots of possibilities. Felt like a kid again in such a big playground, amazing! Definitely recommended if you used to do gymnastics or if you like trying new things.

Super fun time and lovely people. It’s a very encouraging class. I practice hard and later am surprised by how sore I am the next day. Great workout, great activity, great people. Highly recommend!

Great location! You can join the teacher who was practicing some jumps on the trampoline, but you can also do your own thing and use all the materials in this gym hall! Tip: arrive fifteen minutes earlier.
